Ed is an absolute professional who was purely focused on me getting the exact piano I wanted. I did not feel pressured to buy any particular brand, model, price tag, or any other factors. Ed wanted me to make sure I enjoyed the way the piano felt, and the way the piano sounded. Before talking with him, I actually did not know there was SO much variation between pianos!! If it wasn’t for him, I would have made a VERY poor purchase on Facebook marketplace. Go with the pros everyone, you WON’T regret.

Piano Warehouse of Indianapolis offers high quality used pianos in fine condition, at reasonable prices. We found Piano Warehouse of Indianapolis at a home show earlier this year and were impressed with the quality of the instruments they brought. We just purchased one of the instruments which we first saw at the home show and are delighted with it. Piano Warehouse was pleasant to work with, did not pressure us as we explored the pianos in their warehouse (they had a surprising number, from small consoles to grands), and provided efficient and responsible movers to transport the piano (Meridian Piano Movers) to our home, and deliver our old piano to a new location. We highly recommend this business for people seeking (gently) used instruments at affordable costs.

Top tier instrument shopping experience, we looked locally first for a new church piano, wanted a grand but realized temperature changes, lack of safe storage, or wide doorways were best for an upright. I was informed about Piano Warehouse and a quality studio Kawaii on display. After some old messes dealing with the only Lafayette piano dealer, I was so relieved to meet professional and in tune, pun intended, sales here who showed us around and knew plenty to be dangerous but allowed us space and informed on various models without drawing attention to how much he knew. We were excited to be offered delivery and a tune with purchase. I haven’t piano shopped in astore for quite a while but frequently doodle around Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist; great to see similar and fair pricing here with experienced and friendly support.
